We manufacture vinegar from imported dates (khajur) in traditional method.  It has been improved and perfected by experts in our family over many years. Its speciality is that, it is 100% natural and free from artificial and synthesized chemicals.

Health Benefits

Digestive system: From our own experience, we found that vinegar made by us rejuvenates the digestive system. For a person of normal health, positive results are noticeable within a few days of regular use. Benefits are given below:
Improves digestion.
Cures excessive acidity in the stomach.
Cures excessive gas formation in the stomach.
Removes uneasy feeling after food, especially after heavy meals or oily food.Beneficial for constipation. (Note: In some cases, it is not effective).
Heart disease, cholesterol: As per a medical study, vinegar lowers bad cholesterol and reduces the risk of heart disease. (see Ref-1 and -2)
Anti-cancer and anti-tumour: Based on the study as quoted in Ref-1 and -2.
Anti-diabetic: Beneficial for patients with insulin resistance. Vinegar lowers after-food blood sugar moderately. However, it cannot replace anti-diabetic medicine. (see Ref-1 and -2)
Aids weight loss: Regular consumption of vinegar reduces weight as per medical studies. See Ref-2, 8. Also, adopt dieting and physical exercise for better results.

Positive effect on the mind and the body: Our vinegar is not pasteurized. It is bottled in raw condition. Hence it contains live microorganisms. It is well known that healthy gut microbiota (also called ‘gut bacteria’) has profound beneficial effects on human physical and mental well-being.   For more information on this topic, read the text below. (Note: The beneficial effect is based on our experience).

Special mention about gut microbiota (also known as gut bacteria) and its effect on human body and mind:

In the human body, apart from its own living cells; a large number of tiny foreign living microorganisms reside in internal organs. These are called microbiota. They eat, live, replicate and die within our body. It consists of thousands of types of bacteria, fungi, viruses etc. The average human body consists of about 10 trillion live human cells, whereas the population of microbiota is about 10 times more i.e. about 100 Trillion.

Microbes living in the mouth, stomach, and intestine are called “Gut bacteria” or more correctly “Gut microbiota.”

Gut microbiota affects mental and physical health in numerous ways. One process which is simple to understand is mentioned here. The chemicals secreted by these organisms go to the bloodstream by the digestion process, like any other food. Blood carries it to various organs. Some enter the brain after crossing the blood-brain barrier and influence mental states like happiness, sleep, stress, memory, mood, thinking process etc.

Thus, gut microbiota has a direct relation with body and mind.

Researchers found that improper gut flora may cause diseases like:

  • Type-II diabetes, kidney disease, heart disease, obesity.
  • Mental disorders like anxiety, and depression.
  • Gut-related diseases, like Inflammatory bowel diseases, Crohn’s disease, Ulcerative Colitis, Colon Cancer etc.

Our vinegar develops a healthy colony of bacteria in the digestive system, which is beneficial for physical and mental health.
